The NYCU-UKM Dual-Degree Program is a collaborative postgraduate program between:
- National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), Taiwan
- The National University of Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia
The program is coordinated by:
- Institute of Microengineering and Nanoelectronics (IMEN), UKM
- International College of Semiconductor Technology (ICST), NYCU
This initiative aims to develop global talent in high-demand STEM fields, especially in semiconductor technologies.

- ✅ Fully funded scholarships for both MSc and PhD students
